On February 1, the “Zhejiang Love·New Year Greetings” Spring Festival overseas Chinese care event was launched in Athens, Greece. Guided by the Chinese Embassy in Greece and hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and Zhejiang Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the event was organized by the Greek General Federation of Overseas Chinese. Warm Spring Festival gift packs, containing holiday items and heartfelt letters, were distributed on site. Chinese Counselor Zhu Zhigang conveyed hometown warmth to representatives of overseas Chinese associations and Chinese language schools. The initiative will continue to bring festive cheer to the Chinese community in Greece.
